- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and under penalty of perjury
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. Include your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake.
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers under the DMCA.
